Stable Offices, Lambershurst

This project was to extend and build new office space in traditional Kentish barn style in Lamberhurst.

“The work was finished to a high standard with real care and craftmanship. There were occasional surprises that were above and beyond expectation. John manages the people, the materials, the timing and the work effectively so that the project went smoothly without any of the holdups that are so common. He and his team are well skilled, good at problem solving and seem impervious to foul weather (we started in January). Their approach is open, straightforward and good humoured. It was a pleasure working with East European Construction and I would do so again.”

James Mackrill

Woodchurch, Kent

A single storey rear extension to create a bright, airy and functional space. The redesign included a kitchen dining area as well as a family bathroom to the first floor.

“When having work done on our home, spending our own hard-earned money, especially having a young family, the sensitivity of the build team was critical.

It means a great deal that the build team respected our space and the areas we shared, trying to keep dust to a minimum, protected the inside and outside areas from the additional wear and tear that comes naturally with a building site, cordoning off areas, working tidy and doing a great job of washing down and clearing up at the end of every day.

EEC always helped us through the big decisions and the details that you will live with forever, making recommendations that were realistic, rational and came from experience. It was just what we needed having never done anything like this before, and lots of people who’ve seen their work in our house have commented on what a high quality job it is.”

Horns Road, Hawkhurst

This project was a complete kitchen refurbishment with internal modifications to create a new and functional space.

Hawkhurst, Kent

A double-storey extension to the main building with a single extension to the side and a complete refurbishment to the internal living space. To the outside, hard and soft landscaping.

The cladding used is Hardie Plank, which not only gives a stunning and contemporary feel, it is also extremely low maintenance and therefore extremely cost-effective.

Newenden, Kent

Newenden is the smallest village in Kent, and in this project we completed a double-storey extension and internal refurbishment, doubling the size of a previously compact cottage.
